Our ‘Team Challenge Tasks’ - and we have many of them,
are specifically designed with the purpose of bringing all team members together to work towards achieving a common goal.
We ensure that the tasks themselves are fun and memorable. By doing this, we believe that the associated learning is also memorable.
Working co –operatively and cohesively, as a team is a theme that runs strongly through all of our outdoor activities.
We base our team challengs programmes around exercises which although real – with real rewards for success and real penalties for failure – are not realistic in terms of any particular expertise or skill.
We do this so that the underlying team building elements are highlighted without any specific expertise getting in the way.

Input
Activity without reflection doesn’t lead to the best learning. We therefore build in time slots when you can review the way your team is working and perhaps agree to whatever changes would make for better results.
If you’re planning a break / holiday to the Peak District with family or friends and you’d like to try a combination of new activities, we’ll be glad to showcase the best locations and the most suitable choices for the time of year and even keep plans flexible around weather. We can arrange 2 really solid activity sessions per day of around 3 hours per session.
Trying 4 different sessions over a weekend is very familiar and does not compromise the quality of experience.
