Safety & Quality

At Pro-venture we consider that safety and quality are intrinsic.
We recognise our responsibility to conduct activities within a solid framework of safety.

We are privileged to employ some of the most highly qualified and experienced instructors in the country.
Our equipment store is of first class standard and our insurance details and operating policies are available to all visits co-ordinators.

We identify that managing risk is a life skill and in some circumstances we may actively encourage participants to become engaged in the process of risk assessment at the planning stages, while undertaking activity and during debriefing and reviews.

It is UK law, that providers of adventure activities to young people under 18 require an outdoor activities licence. Pro-venture will refer to Acclimbatize Ltd, our sister company who hold the  Adventure Activity Licence – Reference number is R1224.

Quality on sessions is measured by using key indicators such as participation, enjoyment, skill acquisition, improved confidence and social awareness. Quality in review may be ascertained by feedback form, telephone conversations, we will gladly receive comments on digital platforms such as FB and TripAdvisor.
